Deer and Elk sightings are common around Blue Spruce Village, as Rocky Mountain National Park is just on the other side of Hwy 66. The deer above was photographed following "Victorianization" of the townhome. See more wildlife here!

Recently remodeled, the D&J Victorian features a fully furnished kitchen and dining room area, shown to the left. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. All dishware and utensiles are provided.
The Blue Spruce Village lies along the tranquil Big Thompson River, and is tucked between two mountain ranges. Shown to the right is the BSV as viewed from the western mountain. The picture shows proximity of the townhome (indicated by red arrow) to the river.
Guests have full access to the entire riverfront area, including picnic tables. This picture was taken from the northern end of the Blue Spruce Village. The bridge to BSV, shown in the background, spans the Big Thompson.
